You and your AKT account manager evaluate whether managed tour services are the right solution for your tour(s).

2. Sign Agreement
Paperwork is signed to finalize deal terms and establish expectations.

3. Finalize Creative & Product Details
Collaborate with AKT to complete the design and product selection for your merchandise.

4. Set Projections & Place Order
Work with your AKT account manager to finalize sales projections and submit the initial tour order.

5. AtVenu Setup
Grant AKT access to your AtVenu account or work with AKT to create one. Decide who will supply the AtVenu point-of-sale reader for the tour.

6. Venue Advancement & Settlement
AKT partners with you and your merchandise manager to manage venue advancements and settlements seamlessly.

7. Replenishment Planning
Work with AKT and your merchandise manager to plan and execute replenishment orders as needed during the tour.

8. Post-Tour Settlement
AKT provides a comprehensive summary settlement and delivers the final net payment to the artist once the tour ends and all sales deposits are accounted for.
