On Friday, February 29th, Alex and Jared will be special guests at the Appalachian State University date of the 2008 Extreme Entrepreneur Tour. Local friend, client and colleague, Nick Nanton will also be speaking at the event.

Jared & Alex will be speaking with Edgewater High School students all day on Friday, February 22nd in Orlando, Florida. They will be contributing to Web Design 1, Web Design 2, Digital Design 1, Entrepreneurial Principles, and Legal Aspects of Business classes throughout the day.

Saturday, February 12th, 2008 marks the annual University of Florida Levin College of Law Music Law Conference in Gainesville, Florida. Alex and Jared will be speaking on the brand new Commercial Markets panel. This is the first-ever Commercial Markets panel at any music conference!

Alex and Jared will be the keynote speakers at St. Marks Episcopal School’s 2008 Career Day in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida on Friday, February 8th, 2008 at 12:30 PM. The duo will discuss the history of AKT Enterprises and will go into great detail about day-to-day operations.

AKT Enterprises President, Alex Tchekmeian, and Vice-President, Jared Mendelewicz, lead an educational discussion about the foundation, operation, structure and future plans of AKT Enterprises on Thursday, January 31st, 2008 for FIU’s (Florida International University) School of Business.

Also joining the discussion, was hip-hop music mogul, Erik Mendelson. Erik is best known for his work with MIMS, however, he is one of the most well-known promoters in the industry.
